Refund/Warranty Policy

At Saber Crusader, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange under the following terms and conditions:

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 60 day refund/warranty policy against defects in our lightsabers. Neo pixel blade, however, only has a 12 day warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to report any issue within said timeframes. If you believe that your product has a defect, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the defect. We may request that you provide photos or other evidence of the defect. If we determine that the product is defective, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will either repair, replace, or issue a refund for the purchase price, at our discretion.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance
Self Coding/Altering with the Proffie board/Neo pixel connectors in any sort of way

Exclusions and Limitations

Our refund and warranty policies apply only to products purchased directly from Saber Crusader. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or warranty claims if we believe that the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund/warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and products constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
